Announces New Ticker Symbol
BOCA RATON, FL (July 13, 2015) - PF Hospitality Group, Inc. (OTC PINK: PFHS) announces a change to its ticker symbol. Effective upon the opening of trading today, Monday, July 13, 2015, PF Hospitality Group’s ticker symbol, as quoted on the OTC Pink market, will change to “PFHS” from “KHGTD” (OTC PINK: KHGTD) as authorized by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”).
This news comes on the heels of the Company’s completed merger with Pizza Fusion Holdings, Inc. (“Pizza Fusion”), a franchisor of organic fare pizza restaurants, which went into effect on July 1, 2015.
